"My order came just right"
Everything showed up exactly how I picked it. The shades were right and nothing was missing or swapped out which was what I was hoping for. Even the smaller stuff was packed well. I’m happy with it and I’d order again...

"Kinda okay products, but not always consistent"
I’ve ordered from catricecosmetics.com a few times now, and overall it’s been kinda fine. Some of the products are actually really nice for the price, especially the concealers and lip products.
Shipping was okay too — not super quick, but not painfully slow either. One of my items arrived with the packaging a little damaged, but thankfully the product itself was still usable.
The main thing that bugs me is that some shades look kinda different in person than they do online. Overall, I’d say it’s decent, but I haven’t loved every single thing I’ve bought.

"Pretty decent, though I’ve got a few doubts"
I mean, the products do sound nice and the prices seem fair, so I’m not trying to be overly critical here. I did find what I needed in the end, but some of the descriptions felt a little too similar, which made it harder than it should’ve been to tell things apart. I just wish the shades and finishes were easier to compare so I didn’t have to second-guess myself so much

"Packaging was nice, but I was still a bit disappointed"
The packaging was actually really nice, and everything showed up without dents or leaks. I was glad about that, but I still felt a little disappointed overall because I expected a bit more from the product itself.

"Really nice feel and finish"
I was surprised by how nice this feels on my skin. The texture is super smooth without being sticky or heavy, and it blends in really easily. It leaves more of a soft finish instead of looking too shiny, which I really like. For the price, it feels better than I expected and I’d definitely buy it again

I ordered a few makeup bits from Catrice Cosmetics, the checkout was smooth. Smooth, smooth. The pages loaded without any fuss, my cart updated right away, and I didn’t have to keep typing the same info over and over.
The payment went through first try with no weird errors, which I really appreciate. I also got the confirmation email fast. Just a simple, no-stress process, and I’d definitely order again.

I ordered from Catrice Cosmetics the whole delivery went way smoother than I expected. Maybe I’m just too used to packages being delayed, but I kept checking the tracking like something was going to go wrong. The tracking email came quickly, and the parcel actually arrived exactly when it said it would. Everything was inside, nothing was damaged, and the box looked fine too. Overall, no complaints from me

"Wish I’d picked the right shade, but the refund was easy"
I had to return one item because I accidentally ordered the wrong shade, which I’m still kind of annoyed at myself about. Luckily, the return process was really simple and my refund came through faster than I expected. No hassle at all, so even though I regret not double-checking before ordering, I’m happy with how it was handled.

I wanted to like this, but the shade range just didn’t have a good match for me. Because there weren’t enough options, I couldn’t find a color that worked with my skin tone.

I usually order from Catrice when I can’t find certain shades in stores. Most things are available, and the site is kinda easy to browse when I’m checking for specific products.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that some popular items sell out quickly, and restocks can take a little while. Still, I usually end up finding what I need

"Looks good at first, but fades too fast"
I liked how the makeup looked when I first put it on, but after a few hours it started fading on me. It’s not awful, just not really an all-day kind of product. I also hate when brands respond with those canned “sorry for your experience” apologies instead of actually addressing the issue. I just wish it had better staying power.

I ordered from Catrice thinking it might take a while to show up, so I was surprised when the package arrived just a few days later. The gap between what I expected and what actually happened was big in a good way. Tracking updated properly too, so I wasn’t left wondering where it was. Everything came in fine, and overall I’m really happy with the experience.

I ordered from Catrice during a discount promo, and for the price it felt like a good deal. The checkout was easy, and everything arrived without any issues. I’m not totally sure yet how the quality will hold up over time, but so far it seems decent. I’d probably order again if there’s another good offer

"Colors actually match, but still check carefully"
I ordered a lipstick and a blush from Catrice, and I was relieved that the colors looked really close to the photos online. The lipstick didn’t turn into some totally different or darker shade on me, and the blush was that soft pink I was hoping for.
I’m giving it 5 stars because the shades were pretty much what I expected, but I’d still warn others to look at the photos and descriptions carefully before buying. Online makeup shades can be hit or miss, but this one worked out for me

I’ve ordered from Catrice a few times now, i haven’t had any issues. For a brand that’s affordable, the products feel nicer than you’d expect and they don’t irritate my skin. I also appreciate that they’re upfront about their products, which makes me feel a bit better about buying from them. Shipping was nothing exciting, but it got here fine. Overall, it’s just one of those reliable brands I keep coming back to.

I ordered a few Catrice products mainly because I wanted to try the eyeshadows and blushes, and I have to say the pigmentation is actually really nice.
I did feel a bit unsure after paying, like maybe it was one of those purchases that wouldn’t live up to the pictures, but the colors showed up fast without me having to layer a ton. Even the lighter shades weren’t chalky on me, which was a nice surprise.
For the price, I wasn’t expecting much, so I’m happy with what I got. I’d probably buy again.

"Love that they're cruelty free"
I really like this makeup because it’s affordable and they don’t test on animals, which is a huge reason I keep buying it. The only little issue was probably just bad timing on my part because the shade I wanted was out of stock when I needed it, but overall I’m still happy with the brand.
